ABOUT ANN'S RESIDENCY

We are situtated in the heart of Fortcochin, and away from the bustling crowd in a quiet area. All tourist spots in Fortcochin, like the Dutch Cemetry, St Francis Church, Chinese Fishing Nets, Santa Cruz Basilica Church, Indo Portuguese Museum are situated within a radius of .5 km to 1 km of our hotel. The mansion that you now see is owned by Mr. C. Leslie Fernandez which is his family home. It originally belonged to Adolphus Puchont of France who transferred his title deeds to Ejiseppe Pinto of Britain in the year 1894 at the time of Portuguese colonial rule. We have standard, deluxe and suite rooms. Most of our rooms have TV and fridge. Free wifi is also provided. Private bathrooms have bathtubs also.
